Nov-30-2005 // OKAY! Major site overhaul. You'll notice that all of the art navigation is a little different.. this is because I'm overhauling everything. My system wasn't efficient and took me forever to update, so I never updated. Now it doesnt loook as nice but at least it wont be hard to update. There is new stuff in all of it, I recommend you check it out. After finals get done raping me, expect great things, including many collaboration pieces..

May-9-2005 // Ahoy-hoy, all! I don't have a whole lot to update today, but I figured I'd upload a few things today instead of waiting a long time. New Monochrome sketch (here), 4 new Fanarts (1, 2, 3, 4), 2 new pieces of junk (1, 2).

May-6-2005 // I deliver what I have promised! 2 new B&W sketches (1, 2), 4 new things in Junk (1, 2, 3, 4), a 24-Hour Comic (Start Here), 3 small pieces of fanart (1, 2, 3), 2 gifts (1, 2). I also might have snuch a few updates in every now and then-- you might want to backtrack a little to see if you missed anything. That's it for now.. but don't worry. I already have another hefty batch of sketches to scan, the next update will be great!

Feb-22-2005 // Holy wow! 3k hits! Thanks everybody! Right now I've updated the GIFTS area, with the image you see to the left and another one. I don't have much else ready to be shown. But it's not because I'm not drawing-- lucky you! I have several pieces in the works right now! Like, detailed stuff! Gasp! Not just random sketches! If you want to keep up with my drawing life for some reason, the place to go is my sketch Xanga. More updates as they come!

Feb-7-2005 // Happy birthday to my stupid brother! I uploaded lots of junk today! Some of it is actually JUNK, but some of it has been added in the Art section. Also, my first piece of fanart for an official manga/anime series! Go to Art now! Oh, and if you haven't noticed, I updated my About Me page, with some more information about stuff I'm involved with. Jan-17-2005 // Hey everybody! It's good to be back! I am just now getting my website back together after a long, painful fight with my old host. Hopefully I should have less downtime and more AWESOMENESS with my new, awesome host. Because I'm delaying my comic project until the next tokyopop contest, I'll hopefully start drawing again soon and there will be many fun drawings up for you to see! For right now, there isn't much.. but expect some cool stuff soon! Email me if you find any broken links, please!

Dec-3-04 // Here's the deal! I'm starting work on a new comic for the next Tokyopop contest. As much as I wish it weren't so, it means I won't have time to work on other artwork. Because I'm not allowed to display my comic publically before I submit it to Tokyopop, I won't be able to post it up here as I finish pages. I MAY give an occasional sneak peek at the pages-in-progress, just so you guys aren't UTTERLY bored. Right now, theres 3 new Commissioned Doodles, and 1 new Junk sketch. (Check out the awesome organization system.. thanks Spandy.)

Sept-23-04 // So I've got the ART section pretty much up and running again. All of my gifts, goodies, you name it.. now, my scanner broke. So I need to find a way to scan new stuff.. hmm... this is rather inconvenient.

Sept-23-04 // If you've visited a lot lately you've probably noticed that a lot of things keep changing.. that's because I'm working on the whole website right now, trying to get things organized better. For now it's still messy and there's a lot of thumbnails that don't have links (sorry) but I'm getting close to the right layout. I've got a lot of sketches I did over the summer and this year that I never had time to scan in or post, but as soon as the layout is set I'll be digging up lots of those to post. I'll also be gathering all my schoolwork to scan my doodles, hehe.. Also I've got lots of artists I want to link to.. so sorry for this long message-- I'll be working on the layout for the next few days even if I don't say anything here. I'll change this once I've uploaded new art!

Aug-14-04 // Hey guys! I sent in my entry to the Tokyopop Rising Stars of Manga contest yesterday, and now I'm going to take it easy for a while. I'm moving back into my dorm on the 18th so don't expect an update until after then. FOR NOW: I ADDED ALL OF THE GIFTART PEOPLE GAVE ME. Send me mooore!!

Aug-2-04 // No I am not dead! Do not worry! I have not forgotten about my website, I have been working very hard on a comic for the Rising Stars of Manga contest. The deadline is soon which is why I don't have any time for extra drawings. But I will upload many many pretty things when I am done with this contest, promise. I may even be starting up a webcomic soon.. (which reminds me: if you have any interest in perhaps teaming up with me for a webcomic, drop me a message on AIM (Blinkythered) or MSN messenger (elenaamericana@hotmail.com)). BUT FOR NOW I took two hours to do a new oekaki to put up on the front! I hope you enjoy it.

July-18-04 // Sorry for the lack of updates, I am working on a manga for the Rising Stars of Manga contest (see www.tokyopop.com for more information) so that's all I've really been drawing lately.
I haven't made the thumbnails or anything yet, but I did two sketches, HERE and HERE (They will be put up officially next update, sorry). I also updated the manga section of my bio.
I will be redesigning my website a little bit next update (which won't be for a few weeks, most likely, sorry!!) but I'll get up all of the gift art and some links, FINALLY! And a better layout for the art, too.

Oh, and by the way.. THANK YOU FOR 1,000 HITS! The image to the left was drawn for me by my friend Mwells ( you can tell him how awesome it is on AIM, his screenname is MwellsCubed). From now on, I won't be making images for every 100 hits. Sorry, traffic is picking up so it'll probably be every 500 hits. :) Thanks everybody! -Blinky

June-22-04 // New Image to the left! Added the 700 and 800 hit images to the Oekaki gallery. Removed the Anime Artists webring, because for whatever reason it doesn't work and the keeper won't respond to my emails. Added new image to Original Art. Added a Junk drawing a day ago or so, it's cute so check it out if you haven't yet!

June-19-04 // I added one oekaki. I tried to work on the 'gifts' section of art too, but I haven't made the pages yet, only the thumbnails. I've been really busy, as you can tell from the sparse updates. Sorry!

June-5-04 // New Image to the left! Thanks for 800 hits everybody! Fascist Panda has never appeared online, so please love him in his INTERWEB NETPAGE debut! I'm working on the GIFTS portion of art-- I should get all of the pages up within the next few days. Then I'll start working on LINKS, finally (Sorry I'm so lazy). Oh, I added a new Junk image yesterday. It's a neat sketch!

May-24-04 // New Image to the left! Yay! New counter also. Updated the Manga list. 600 hit image is now in Oekaki Page 5. Might doodle a bit later on today.

May-17-04 // Okay, I changed all of the "Doodle" pages into an archive, because people asked me to do it that way and it'll be easier for me to update more easily! Some new Doodles, some new Junk (nice junk). Also 2 new Original Art. (mini update the 18th: one new oekaki)

May-6-04 // I'm sorry my website keeps going down.. can't do anything about it. Damn server better get this cleared up. New image to the left! Hoorays!! The old one is now in the Oekaki gallery.. I have a lotta crazy doodles to scan some time soon, though. And hopefully something good, sometime.

May-3-04 // Website's back up. Sorry that it was down so long, my fucking server 'crashed' or something and then it went back up, but with EVERYTHING DELETED. So you're going to see some broken images.. I'm sorry about that. There's some I can't fix because I didn't have them saved on my computer.. updated Manga list. I added one more Oekaki too. That's it!

I added some oekaki [one old one that I couldn't find, and the 400 hit image], and then I put a directory listing of all of my OLD/JUNK drawings.
